FlowDesk Tools is an independent online publication that tracks and analyzes the productivity, remote-work and AI software landscape. We follow what the companies building these tools are shipping, cut through the marketing, and turn it into clear, opinionated analysis you can actually use.

Who's Behind FlowDesk Tools

FlowDesk Tools is run by a small team of digital marketing and generative-AI specialists based in Tenerife, Canary Islands (Spain). Both hold a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) from the Universidad de La Laguna, followed by a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from UNIR, and have spent years working with marketing, productivity and AI tools daily in real client projects — from content strategy to marketing automation.

Nuha leads FlowDesk Tools and has the final editorial say on everything published here. Every article is reviewed and edited by a person before it goes live.

Our Mission

We believe choosing the right tools shouldn't require hours of digging through dozens of marketing pages. Our mission is to provide clear, honest, and practical analysis that helps individuals and teams find software that genuinely fits their workflow — not just the tool with the biggest advertising budget.

How We Work

We stay close to a fast-moving field. Our articles are built by tracking the latest developments straight from the source — the product launches, feature releases and announcements of the companies that build these tools (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Atlassian, Zapier and others) — together with the reporting of respected industry publications such as TechCrunch, The Verge, Wired and MIT Technology Review. We then turn that into an honest, opinionated take: what is genuinely new, what it means for real teams, what is hype and what is worth your time and money.

Our analysis is informed by years of hands-on professional experience using marketing, productivity and AI tools in real client work. We cite our sources, revisit and update articles as tools, pricing and features change, and we never fabricate benchmarks, test results or user statistics.

How We Use AI — and Where Humans Come In

We're transparent about this: as a small team covering a field that moves weekly, we use AI research and drafting tools to help us work at that pace. But AI never has the last word. Every article is read, fact-checked, edited and given its point of view by a human editor before it is published — nothing goes live automatically. A real person is accountable for everything on this site.

Editorial Independence

FlowDesk Tools generates revenue through display advertising (Google AdSense). We may also participate in affiliate programs, which are always clearly disclosed. Our analysis and rankings are never influenced by advertising or affiliate relationships. If a tool is mediocre, we say so — regardless of whether the company makes us any money.
